This mousse-like, velvet-textured NUMBUZIN No.3 Velvet Beauty Cream is formulated to give the skin a prepped and flawless foundation. Shea Butter, Adenosine and Ceramide NP work to lock in moisture and improve skin elasticity for a hydrated and supple look. Niacinamide and Adenosine also help brighten skin and reduce the visibility of enlarged pores. Perfect for all skin types, this cream blends into skin easily to help fill in wrinkles and pores for a smooth makeup base.
DIRECTIONS
At the final skincare step, apply a moderate amount of cream to the face and lightly pat for optimal absorption.
