Makeup2Beauty sincerely hopes that every customer loves their purchased products as much as we do! However, should there be any issues with your purchase, please refer to our returns & exchange policy outlined below.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be provided for change of mind. Refunds are only applicable for faulty goods.

Makeup2Beauty is committed to ensuring that all products sold are handled with care during their journey from the warehouse to our store or the customer's delivery address, arriving in perfect condition. All our products are sold in sealed packaging.

If you have received a faulty item via online purchase, please email us at info@makeup2beauty.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. Kindly provide your name, date of purchase, order number, and photos of the faulty item. We will investigate the issue and communicate with you via email regarding the return process for the faulty item. Once we receive the item and confirm it as faulty, you will have the option to receive a full refund, exchange it for another item, or receive a store credit.
