RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy covers a 30-day window. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, your item must remain unused, unopened, and in the same pristine condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Any item showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Following inspection, we'll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

Should you not receive your refund in due time, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are facilitated for defective or damaged items. Should you require an exchange for the same item, send an email to info@makeup2beauty.com.au, and upon return approval, we'll provide you with the appropriate return address.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't designated as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.

Please note that you're responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have return shipping costs deducted.

The arrival time of your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
