DR JART+ Cicapair Toner is a concentrated toner that contains Centella Asiatica as an active ingredient. Centella Asiatica is known for its healing properties to calm the skin, reduce redness and inflammation by stimulating cell turnover. It has a lightweight, watery formula that is easily absorbed into the skin without stickiness.

How to use:
